Flo Hayes, award-winning, Chicago-born artist, has indulged her passion for capturing the beauty of wild life in pastels, oils, and pen and ink since she was young. While attending classes at The Art Institute and The American Academy of Art, she spent a number of years traveling the art circuit, exhibiting on the Gold Coast, Wells Street and various juried and open art fairs around the Midwest. Giving up her art for a while, she married, raised a family and completed a successful corporate career, but continued her love of drawing on a part-time basis.
